Heather Wallace

Heather Wallace currently serves as the President of U.S. operations at Galderma since July 2025. Previously, Wallace held the position of CEO and Board Member at Curology from September 2022 to July 2025, and served as the President of the Americas at Revlon from March 2020 to September 2022. Extensive experience at Henkel spanned from November 2013 to March 2020, where Wallace held various titles including Region Head of Henkel Beauty North America and SVP General Manager. Earlier career roles included significant positions at Novartis and Philip Morris International, with foundational experience at Sysco. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
