Lydia Lecouey

Lydia LECOUEY is an experienced professional in automation, digitalization, and project management, currently serving as the Automation and Digitalization Lead for Operations at Galderma since March 2023, where responsibilities include defining strategy and execution of digital transformation across multiple factories. Prior experience includes nearly a decade at Marel, where roles progressed from Software Service Manager to Structural Group Global Project Manager, overseeing software project deliveries and service management across the SEMEA region.
