Micke Daniels

Micke Daniels is an experienced customer service and sales support professional with a strong background in managing customer relations and operational teams. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist at ALASTIN Skincare, a Galderma Company, since February 2019, Micke previously held positions including Customer Service Representative at Obalon Therapeutics and Customer Service Manager at AltheaDx. Earlier experience includes a role as Customer Experience Specialist at Cali Bamboo, where exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills were demonstrated, and a Customer Service Manager position at Shire Regenerative Medicine, where Micke established and expanded the Customer Service Department. Micke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History with Honors from City University of NY - Queens College and additional education from Binghamton University.
