Nikola Gjorgon

Nikola Gjorgon is an experienced professional with a strong background in pricing strategy, supply chain management, and logistics. Currently serving as the Pricing & Access Operations Manager at Galderma since January 2022, Nikola supports global strategic pricing for aesthetic and dermatological products, while also optimizing pricing processes to align with local market needs. Prior to this role, Nikola held various positions at Novartis, including Pricing Expert and Export & Supply Chain Operations Expert, managing pricing conditions and overseeing complex projects. Additional experience includes roles at Alcon and Expeditors International, where Nikola focused on transportation logistics and customer order management. Nikola also contributes to the International Men's Club of Zug as a board member, fostering networking and knowledge sharing among professionals. A graduate of the Faculty of Management Koper in Slovenia, Nikola holds a Bachelor of Business Administration.
