Rafael Sanches

Rafael Sanches is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial planning, tax, and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Operations at Galderma since September 2013. Sanches has held various leadership positions within the company, including Director of Supply Chain LATAM & Brasil and Senior Financial Planning, Tax & IT Manager, overseeing teams and driving strategic business partnerships. Prior to Galderma, Sanches worked at Novelis as a Risk Management Coordinator, focusing on treasury management and foreign currency exposure. Sanches began a career in finance at Novartis Biociências SA, where responsibilities included financial consolidation and reporting. Sanches holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and has completed undergraduate studies at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
