Ritika Mishra

Ritika Mishra currently serves as an HR Business Partner in Learning & Development at Galderma, focusing on learning needs analyses, program design, stakeholder management, and employee wellness initiatives. Prior to this role, Ritika completed an internship at Masina Hospital in the Psychology & Wellness Centre, where responsibilities included conducting group and individual therapy sessions and psychological assessments. Additional experience includes serving as a Facilitation Consultant at Mazars in India, specializing in forensic audits, and a Professional Consultant at M A Parikh & Co., with a focus on audit, assurance, and taxation. Ritika holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from ICRI India and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
