Shaji Jacob

Shaji Jacob, GPHR, CEBS, currently serves as the Regional Head of HR Operations for Galderma, overseeing HR operations for North America and managing a global employee base of over 9,000. With extensive experience in HR services, Shaji has held leadership positions at Infineon Technologies, DoorDash, McAfee, Levi Strauss & Co., NTT DATA Americas, Infosys, Aon Hewitt, Convergys, and Laser Infomedia Ltd. Notable achievements include implementing HR shared services, transitioning HR functions, and building the Employee Benefits Practice at Infosys. Shaji holds a PGDBM in International Business from the Fortune Institute of International Business and a B Sc in Electronics from Delhi University.
