Tatiana Medeiros

Tatiana Medeiros, PMP, SPHRi, currently serves as the Head of HR Ops for Latin America and Europe South at Galderma since June 2025, overseeing a team of over 10 members and managing HR operations for more than 1,400 employees across eight countries. Prior to this role, Tatiana was the Senior HR Ops Excellence Manager at Atlas from June 2019 to November 2024, leading global project management and process improvements in over 115 countries. Tatiana's extensive experience in HR includes roles at SITA, where responsibilities ranged from managing HR operations for the Americas to consulting on HR projects for Latin America and the Caribbean. Tatiana holds an MBA in Human Resources Management, a Post Graduation in Integrated Communications, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, complemented by technical training in Administration.
