Tobias Favero

Tobias Favero is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in demand planning, procurement, and logistics management. Currently serving as the Regional Demand and S&OP Manager for LATAM at Galderma since October 2015, Tobias has held various leadership roles, including Supply Chain Manager and Production Manager. Prior experience at Natura spanned nearly a decade, where responsibilities included managing product availability, logistics performance, demand planning, and process improvement projects. Tobias began the career at A W Faber Castell as a Junior Production Engineer, focusing on production planning and supply chain integration. An alumnus of UFSCar with a degree in Production Engineering and further education at COPPEAD UFRJ in Business Process Management, Tobias brings a comprehensive skill set to supply chain optimization and strategic project management.
