Carla Elrod is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in surgical services management. Currently serving as the Regional Manager at Galen Medical Group since May 2012, Carla's prior role as Senior Director of Surgical Services at Erlanger Health System involved overseeing a multi-million dollar budget and a wide array of peri-operative services, including 24 operating suites and various specialized departments.
