Cpc Cindy Jones

Cindy Jones, CPC, currently serves as the Revenue Cycle Manager at Galen Medical Group since September 2021. Prior to this role, Cindy worked as the Coding Manager at Harmony Healthcare from 2018 to February 2023 and held various positions at HCA Physician Services from December 1996 to December 2017, including Director of Education, where oversight of coding operations and corporate compliance for hospital-based practices was key. Additional experience includes directing billing and collection efforts as an AR Manager and supervising claims processing as an Insurance Supervisor at Medical Associates. Earlier in Cindy's career, responsibilities included processing insurance claims and follow-ups as a Patient Accounts Coordinator at Greenleaf Health System. Cindy's educational background includes studies at Chattanooga State Community College and Chattanooga Valley High School.
