Arianne Hasler has extensive work experience in various roles within the financial industry. Arianne started their career at UBS as an HR Specialist in Recruiting Services and later transitioned into Segments and Sales Management. At UBS, they also played a role in developing the segments strategy for private clients. Arianne then moved on to Zürcher Kantonalbank, where they worked as a Senior Segments Manager for private clients, focusing on implementing and defining the physical distribution strategy. Arianne was also responsible for introducing new design and service concepts for bank branches.

In 2014, Arianne joined Raiffeisen Gruppe, where they held several leadership positions. Arianne first served as the Head of Education Management, leading initiatives to optimize learning efficiency and effectiveness. Arianne introduced a new Learning Management System and digital methods for learning. Later, Arianne became the Deputy Head of HR and Head of Transformation and Culture. Here, they led the agile transformation and the development of Raiffeisen Gruppe's culture. Arianne also played a key role in the implementation of the Raiffeisen 2025 program, focusing on strategic communication, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and workplace innovation.

Currently, Arianne works at Galenica as the Chief People and Culture Officer, responsible for overseeing the organization's people and culture strategy.

Arianne Hasler has a diverse education background. Arianne earned their EMBA degree in Business Engineering from the University of St.Gallen from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a certificate in Global Leadership in the Cloud from IMD in 2017. In 2013 to 2015, Arianne completed their Master's degree in Coaching und Organisationsberatung from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, they studied Internationale Beziehungen und Angelegenheiten at Sciences Po from 2005 to 2006 and pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the University of St.Gallen from 2000 to 2006.
