Marianne Ellenberger

Marianne Ellenberger has been working in human resources for over 20 years. Marianne started their career in 1982 with various employers in the healthcare, hotel, and telecommunications industries. In 1995, they joined Swisscom as an HR Specialist. There, they developed and implemented leadership tools such as employee and manager assessment, salary comparisons, and training for managers. Marianne left Swisscom in 2001 to join Galenica as Head of Human Resources. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of HR for the company.

Marianne Ellenberger has a degree in CAS Change Management, Organisationsberatung und -entwicklung from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Marianne is also a certified professional coach and has a degree in management coaching from the Peter Müri Institut Zürich. In addition, they have a degree in strategisches Personalmanagement from the Institut für Angewandte Psychologie (IAP) Zürich and is a certified Betriebswirtschafter HF from HFW Bern (ehem. HKG Bern).

They work with Daniele Madonna - Chief Healthcare Officer, Christina Hertig - Head, Corporate Communications, and Barbara Wälchli - General Counsel & Secretary. Marianne Ellenberger reports to Marc Werner, CEO.
