Kavita Ram

Kavita Ram is a seasoned professional in recruitment and customer service, currently serving as Director of Delivery and Customer Service at Galent since January 2025. Previously at ACS Solutions from December 2019 to May 2024, Kavita held multiple progressive roles including Associate Director, Senior Manager, and Recruiting Manager, overseeing a team of eight recruiters and leading full-cycle recruitment processes. Prior experience at SyApps LLC involved similar responsibilities in recruitment management and sourcing candidates in the IT industry from April 2012 to December 2019. Earlier roles as Senior Recruiter at Quantum Information Systems and as a Management Trainee at IRode Microsystems further contributed to expertise in talent acquisition and business development.
