Nouha Klai

NOUHA KLAI is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process development and research within the biotechnology and environmental engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Process Development in R&D at Galenvs Sciences since March 2021, NOUHA oversees product development from concept to scale-up, managing cross-functional teams and leading diverse R&D initiatives across multiple sectors. Previous roles include Manufacturing Technology Manager, Industrial Ambassador at IWA-YWP Canada, and Research and Development Scientist at USP Technologies/Trojan Technologies, where NOUHA focused on optimizing technologies for water treatment. An NSERC Postdoctoral Researcher at McGill University, NOUHA specialized in environmental biotechnology, reinforcing a strong academic background with a PhD in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering and a Master's in Molecular Biology/Applied Microbiology.
