Mike Pearl

Mike Pearl has a diverse work experience in various industries. Mike currently holds the position of SVP Supply Chain & Logistics at Gales Inc. since November 2022. Previously, from September 2018 to December 2022, they worked as the Director of Operations and Product Development at Sheets & Giggles™. Before that, from September 2016 to October 2018, they were the CEO of KJMC, a merchandise company specializing in vintage and Americana, as well as custom Private Label goods. Mike also served as the SVP Workshop division at Big Strike USA from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they were the Men's Merchandise Director at Mighty Fine Inc. from April 2012 to December 2014, where they significantly grew the division and expanded product categories. From October 2010 to April 2012, they worked as the Director of Merchandising, Apparel Division at Bioworld Merchandising, where they managed a $40 million dollar division and oversaw design, sourcing, costing, and production. Before that, from January 2009 to November 2010, they were the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Development at JS Apparel Inc, responsible for private label and wholesale distribution. Prior to that, they were the Managing Partner at Heirloom Orchards from July 2007 to October 2008, where they created a corporate gift site using sustainable products and handled marketing and sales efforts. From January 2005 to March 2007, they served as the CEO of World Wide Merchandise, an event merchandise company that grew to $4 million in three years. Mike also worked as a Sales Manager at STS Graphics in 2004.

Mike Pearl attended San Marino High School from 1969 to 1973, but did not obtain a degree or study a specific field during this time. Mike then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at the University of Oregon from 1974 to 1979.
