Chuck Ardezzone

Chuck started his career in real estate in 1989 in Queens, NY with Century 21. After 3 years in residential sales and management he relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a sales management role. Chuck opened over 500 accounts.

Chuck moved to Naples, FL in 2005 and formed ITZ Media Group, a full- service marketing company. Chuck built the company to over 1000 accounts including some of South Florida’s most well-known businesses: Ft Myers Toyota, Seminole Hardrock Casino, Naples Nissan, Zoom Tan, Naples Hyatt, Ft Meyers Audi, Marco Marriott, to name a few. Chuck sold that business in 2016. Chuck’s real estate background reemerged with an affordable housing development project in South Florida. He founded Galexa Inc. in early 2018 to help find affordable housing solutions and a means at which to build them. After researching numerous building systems Chuck discovered the 100% composite solution and never looked back. He lead the charge to introduce the product into the Florida market and successfully got the ONLY 100% composite building system into Florida Product Approval.

Chuck secured the first round of investment capital to fund research and development, prototypes, patents, and product testing on a new building system.

Chuck currently oversees Galexa’s day to day operations and has assembled a highly talented team from different industries to develop Galexa into a market leader.
