Gerardo Aguzzi

Gerardo Aguzzi has over 30 years of work experience in the technology and financial sectors. Gerardo is currently the Latam VP of Delivery & Customer Success at Galileo Financial Technologies. Prior to this, Aguzzi served as the CIO/COO at Prisma Medios de Pago S.A., where they implemented IT strategies and led the decoupling program to separate acquiring and issuing businesses. Gerardo also has experience as the CIO at Banco Patagonia, where they developed a 5-year IT strategic plan and implemented infrastructure renewal projects. Aguzzi has held CIO positions at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Standard Bank, where they supported rebranding efforts, outsourced datacenter services, and implemented CRM capabilities. Gerardo began their career at Accenture, where they worked on core banking implementations, cash management projects, and application development for various financial institutions.

Gerardo Aguzzi obtained a degree in Information Technology from Universidad Centro de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas (Universidad CAECE) between the years 1989-1994. Additionally, they completed a PDD degree in Business from IAE Business School in 2008.
