Karthik Jagannathan

Karthik Jagannathan has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Karthik currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Gallabox since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Matrimony.com Limited as the Sr Vice President and Business Head of Wedding Services from August 2018 to June 2020.

Before their role at Matrimony.com Limited, Karthik held various positions at Sulekha.com. Karthik was the VP and Business Head from June 2009 to June 2018, responsible for managing the India business and leading a 1,000-member organization across different departments. Karthik also served as the Director and Head of Product Development from March 2007 to May 2009.

In their early career, Karthik worked at Tata Teleservices as the Circle Head of the Access Business Unit from March 2005 to March 2007. Karthik contributed to significant revenue growth and market leadership in the payphone business segment. Prior to that, they had roles at Sify as Regional Manager and Marketing Manager from August 1999 to February 2005.

Karthik's career started in the advertising industry, where they worked at Fountainhead Communications as an Account Supervisor from April 1997 to May 1999, Ogilvy & Mather as an Account Executive from June 1996 to January 1997, and Grey Worldwide as an Account Executive from October 1994 to May 1996.

Karthik Jagannathan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Andhra Loyola College, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Senior Leadership Coaching program in Coaching for Performance at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
