Constance Jones has extensive experience in the construction and traffic management sectors, currently serving as a Flagger at Gallagher Asphalt since August 2016, where responsibilities include ensuring safe traffic flow and crew safety. Prior to this role, Constance worked as a Laborer at Industria Construction Services, contributing to runway construction at Midway Airport, and spent several years at Kenny Construction Company, where duties involved operating various tools, equipment management, and performing manual labor tasks. Earlier experience as a Flagger at Azteca Power Construction involved similar traffic management responsibilities. Constance attended City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College from 2006 to 2008.
