David Sommer has extensive legal experience, currently serving as a Partner at Gallagher Evelius & Jones since September 2004, where previously held the position of Associate. Prior to this, David served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Lynne A. Battaglia at the Court of Appeals of Maryland from August 2002 to August 2004. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (1999-2002), a B.A. in English from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (1996-1998), and a B.A. in Social Science/Secondary Education from Salisbury University (1990-1994).
