Megan Conway has an extensive work experience starting in 2008 as a Marketing and Promotions Intern at House of Blues Cleveland. Megan then worked as a Marketing Assistant/Administration at The vanBakeren Foundation in 2009. From 2010 to 2011, they served as an Administrative Assistant/Network Coordinator at Entrepreneurs for Sustainability. Megan then joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in 2011, where they worked as a Marketing/Administrative staff until 2012, and later transitioned to the role of Transaction Services Specialist until 2013. In 2014, they joined Boondock Walker as the Director of Client Relations & Business Development and was later promoted to Vice President in 2016 until 2017. Megan also worked at SheinTheCLE as a Frequent Blogger from 2016 to 2017. Megan's next role was at Matter, where they held the position of Senior Brand Strategist | Principal starting in 2016. Currently, they are working as the Director of Marketing at Gallagher Sharp LLP, starting in 2023.
Megan Conway attended Magnificat High School from 2000 to 2004. Megan then went on to study at Marquette University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations and Marketing.
