Salla Ylinen

Salla Ylinen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Salla started their career as a Croupier at Raha-automaattiyhdistys, RAY in 2003. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Payroll Accountant at Silta Oy. Salla then joined Kespro Oy as a Wholesale Employee from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, they joined Gylling Accounting Oy and held various roles including Payroll Accountant and HR Specialist, Manager of Payroll accounting, HR-specialist, and finally HR Manager until 2019. Since 2019, they have been working at Gallant Finland, where they initially served as People & Development and later took on the role of Head Of Payroll, responsible for managing payroll process improvements, leading a payroll team, and supervising the payroll managers and teams.
