Tiina Tammelin

Tiina Tammelin has extensive work experience in various roles related to payroll and HR. Tiina started their career as an Office Secretary at Helitech Oy in 1998 and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Palkanlaskija at Adecco Finland Oy. Then, from 2009 to 2012, they were an HR Specialist at Finnair. Next, they joined HR4 Group as a Payroll Specialist from 2012 to 2015. After that, Tiina worked at OpusCapita as a Mentor for payroll from 2015 to 2016. From 2017 to 2018, they were an HR Specialist at Lidl Suomi. Tiina then served as a Team Leader for Payroll at Rainmaker Business from 2018 to 2019 and continued as a Payroll Team Lead at Gallant Finland from 2019 onwards.

Tiina Tammelin began their education journey in 1986 at Tapiolan Iltalukio, where they completed their high school education and earned their Ylioppilas degree in 1989. Later, in 1997-1998, they attended Ammatti-instituutti and pursued a degree in Merkonomi with a focus on Tietohallinto. In 2007-2008, Tiina Tammelin enrolled in Markkinointi-instituutti and successfully completed a professional degree in Palkanlaskennan, although no specific field of study was mentioned. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, they attended SASKY koulutuskuntayhtymä and completed a Liiketoiminnan erikoisammattitutkinto degree with a specialization in Henkilöstöhallinnon osaamisala.
