Mark Lem

Mark Lem co-founded and serves as a Board Advisor for Allied Aesthetics Partners, the first US-based medical aesthetics roll-up platform, driving its growth in collaboration with a sponsor group since 2021. Previously, Mark held the position of Vice President at Gallant Capital from 2022 to 2024, and worked as a Private Equity Associate at Court Square Capital Partners from 2019 to 2021, where multiple investments were made, including Thrive Networks. Mark's experience in finance includes roles as an Analyst and Associate at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division, an Analyst at Lazard in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, and a Fall and Winter Analyst at Ardian, focusing on private equity. Mark graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, specializing in Finance and Economics.
