Vipul Rai

Vipul Rai has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. VIPUL started their career at Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd. in 2003 as an Assistant Personnel Officer. VIPUL then worked at Bajaj Hindusthan Limited as an Officer-H.R from 2005 to 2007. In 2009, they joined DSCL Sugar as an Asstt. Manager-HR and also worked at Dcm Shriram Consolidated Limited as an Assistant Manager-H.R. Vipul Rai then worked at Olam International Limited as a MANAGER H.R from 2011 to 2013. VIPUL joined Gallantt Ispat Limited in 2013 as a Manager-H.R and later moved to DCM Shriram Ltd. in 2017, where they held the roles of Rupapur and Manager-HR. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Human Resources at Gallantt Group from July 2022.

Vipul Rai completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in the field of Labour Welfare & H.R from Lucknow University. This educational pursuit took place between 1997 and 1999.
