Derek Walker

Derek Walker is currently the Managing Director at Gallatin Point Capital LLC. Prior to this role, Derek held positions in private equity at Thomas H Lee Partners, investment banking in the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan, and interned at the National Economic Council in the Executive Office of the President. Derek also has experience in corporate treasury at Goldman Sachs and the Office of Economic Policy at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Derek holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
