Tanner Mangio has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Sales Manager at Brookstone. In this role, Tanner consistently hit sales quotas of $5,000 to 10,000 weekly, identified and analyzed customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts, and collaborated with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies. In 2015, Tanner moved to Breeze Labs, Inc. as an Insurance Assistant and Operations Associate. In this role, Tanner was responsible for administrative and clerical tasks to support the organization's daily operations, collaborated with executives to increase staff productivity and morale, and helped achieve organizational standards. In 2017, Tanner became a Commodity Broker at Batali Ranch Inc., where they contacted 50-100 prospects via cold calls and e-mails on a daily basis and consistently reached sales goal of $10,000 minimum weekly. In 2019, Tanner joined D'Vine Path Program as a Grant Writer, where they successfully secured $4,500 for learning development programs, studied and understood the structure, programs, and financial needs of the organization, and researched grant opportunities for Special needs clients from government and non-government agencies. Finally, in 2020, Tanner joined Kind Delivery Co. as a Sales Lead, where they owned the inbound B2C sales cycle, helped the company reach daily sales quota of $15,000 minimum, educated prospective clients on the product suite and sold/upsold based on their needs, maintained client relationships for revenue retention, maintained consistent quota attainment, supported senior managers with day-to-day operational requirements, and delegated tasks to appropriate staff members and monitored performance.

Tanner Mangio graduated from San Francisco State University in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies. Tanner🍎 then began an apprenticeship with Vendition in 2022, and obtained a Vendition Apprenticeship Certification that same year. Tanner🍎 is currently pursuing a Sales Development apprenticeship with Vendition.
