Thierry Poron is an experienced professional in innovation and research and development within the agro-food industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the head of the Research & Development department at GALLIANCE since February 2020, Thierry has contributed to various projects involving cooked, breaded, and prepared chicken products, ensuring compliance with multiple certifications such as GEMRCN and Nutriscore. Previously, Thierry held significant roles at companies like EUROPA CUISSON, GELMER, Kermené, and Fleury Michon Amérique, where responsibilities included managing R&D teams, coordinating product developments, and achieving notable certifications and successful product launches. Thierry holds a Master 2 degree in Quality of Agro-Food and Fisheries Processes from the Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale.
