Samuel Demir

Samuel Demir is an experienced Senior Data Engineer currently employed at Galliker Transport AG since July 2023. Samuel has a diverse professional background, having founded an online shop, Goldschmiede Jaqueline, which is dedicated to Samuel's father and focuses on Magento2 development. Prior to their current role, Samuel served as a Senior Data Engineer at Alexander Thamm GmbH from November 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included designing software solutions, managing IT projects, and utilizing technologies such as Python, Spark, and Databricks. Samuel also has experience as a Trainee Data Engineer at Voith Digital, where a master’s thesis involved machine learning methodologies, and held earlier positions as a working student and web developer.
