Ghazal Maghsoudi

Ghazal Maghsoudi has been working in the field of product management since 2000. Ghazal began as a freelance designer, teaching painting to kindergarten children, doing librarians work and content editing, and selling handmade jewelry and clothes. In 2011, they joined Zoraq.com as a Senior Product Manager, where their core responsibilities included working with Scrum teams as product owner, launching Hotel Booking System, Flight Booking System, Content Management System, Customer Profile, and Back Office Panel. Ghazal also managed and collaborated with UX designer to create end-to-end purchase and management UX, and conducted multiple usability studies. In 2018, they took on roles as Product Manager at Sepris and Product Managers Coach at Sana Gostar Sabz. From 2019 to 2021, they served as Product Strategy Advisor and Co-Founder | Product Manager at Testady | تستادی, a remote user testing platform for digital products. In this role, their key activities included forming the team, leading a cross-functional team of product designers, engineers, and analysts, launching the MVP, and holding coaching sessions with team members.

Ghazal Maghsoudi is currently enrolled in a Product Management program at AllWomen. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Guilan University between 2007 and 2011, and an Associate's Degree in Design and Visual Communications, General from Sooreh University between 2002 and 2004. Ghazal has also obtained three Mentor certifications from Pitch Bootcamp, one in April 2017, one in December 2016, and one without a specified date.
