Mo Mashinchi

Mo Mashinchi, P.E. possesses extensive engineering experience spanning several industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Engineering at Gallo Glass Company since May 2012, Mo has led various projects including Glass Plant Projects and batch plant optimization. Previous roles include Manager of Engineering at NI Industries, Inc., overseeing the production of large caliber munitions, and Mechanical Engineer at Ingersoll Rand/Hussmann Corporation, focusing on the design of refrigerated display cases. Mo began a career at NI Industries, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in precision cold forming for large caliber ammunition and has held design engineering positions at Murdock Incorporated. Mo earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-Pomona and an Associate of Arts in Science-Engineering from Northeast Alabama State Junior College.
