Operations Project Manager at Galloway Company

Ashley Christofferson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2008, they started their career as an Industrial Engineer at Plexus, where they worked until 2013. During their time at Plexus, they also held the role of Lean Sigma Champion, responsible for executing the Lean Sigma strategy and guiding continuous improvement projects.

In 2013, Ashley moved on to STURM FOODS, INC, a Treehouse Foods Company, where they initially served as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Ashley later became a Sr. Project Manager, overseeing various projects until 2016.

Following their time at STURM FOODS, INC, Ashley joined TreeHouse Foods in 2016. Their first position was Business Unit Support Manager, where they provided support to the business unit. In 2018, they were promoted to Sr. Business Unit Manager, a role they held until 2020.

Currently, Ashley works at Galloway Company as an Operations Project Manager, a position they have held since 2022. Their responsibilities include managing operations-related projects within the company.

Ashley's work experience demonstrates their expertise in project management, continuous improvement, and operations within the food industry.

Ashley Christofferson attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. In addition to their degree, Ashley also received two additional certifications. In June 2018, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Lean Methods Group. Furthermore, in September 2017, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
