Benson Hines

Benson Hines is an experienced pastor and coach, currently serving as Journey Pastor at Christ Chapel Bible Church since October 2023, overseeing engagement across multiple campuses. In addition to this role, Benson continues as a Strengths Coach at Gallup, where coaching efforts focus on optimizing organizational and individual strengths. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Serving and Director of External Mobilization at Watermark Community Church, where strategies were developed for mobilizing members and enhancing missions efforts. Benson also founded and operated Books2U, a business dedicated to serving college students in Texas, and has a significant background in collegiate ministry, alongside roles in writing and communication for the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention. Benson holds a Master of Arts in Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
