Brandy Stephens

Brandy Stephens currently serves as Vice President of People & Culture at Fello since November 2023, following a rich career at Gallup starting in September 2016 as a Certified Coach specializing in the StrengthsFinder program. Prior experience includes roles at The Johns Hopkins University as Assistant Director of Inclusive Excellence Education and Development, and at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory as Senior Learning Development Consultant. Additionally, Brandy held positions at Children’s National Hospital, Maryland Judiciary, and Towson University, culminating in various leadership and educational development roles. Brandy’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Towson University.
