Micheline Frias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and strategic leadership, currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Account Leader at Gallup since 2022. Notable achievements include the preparation of multi-year account plans that generated $500k in new business revenue and successful management of enterprise public sector accounts. Prior to Gallup, Micheline held significant roles at The World Bank, where negotiation secured a $100 million education project with Ukraine, and through multiple initiatives, led substantial investment boosts for Georgian education. Additional experience includes consulting for Harvard University, project management at Chobani, and strategic roles at Mediacom, Mediavest, OMD Worldwide, and Promax Marketing, emphasizing a strong ability to develop effective strategies and enhance client satisfaction.
