Rick Wan

Rick Wan currently serves as a Visiting Part-time Instructor at the University of the Pacific's Eberhardt School of Business, focusing on graduate-level management principles. Additionally, Rick operates as a Certified Gallup Global Strengths Coach, aiding clients in talent utilization and leadership development, with notable clients including Vanderbilt University and UCLA School of Education. With extensive experience in career development and program management across various educational institutions, Rick has coordinated internships and career services at UCLA for numerous years while previously managing graduate and family housing operations at UC Berkeley. Rick holds a Doctor of Education (ABD) in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Student Affairs from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from California State University, Los Angeles.
