Susan Sherfield

Susan Sherfield serves as Vice President of Education & Employee Development at Mercy Housing since March 2008, overseeing the Education Department and directing various training initiatives. In addition to their role at Mercy Housing, Susan is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and has been actively involved with the National Apartment Association since 2000, holding various leadership positions and speaking at multiple conferences. As a self-employed trainer and motivational speaker since 1994, Susan has facilitated events for industry associations and educational institutions. Previous experience includes roles as Regional Education Director at Equity Residential and Senior Property Manager at Trammell Crow Residential. Susan holds multiple certificates in leadership and diversity, alongside a Master’s Degree in Adult Education & Training.
