Duygu Baykara is an experienced professional in the food safety and quality control sectors, currently serving as Document Controller at Glanua since July 2023. Previously, Duygu worked as a Quality Control Engineer at Williams Gate for a brief period and as a Food Safety Specialist at Nusr-Et, where responsibilities included developing and implementing food safety systems in accordance with various standards such as HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRC, and FSSC. Duygu's earlier experience also includes serving as Project Manager at AS SAN Food&Services, focusing on ISO 9001 management and HACCP systems, and fulfilling roles in food analysis as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant at Yeditepe University. Duygu initiated a professional journey in food engineering by earning a degree from Yeditepe University in 2016.
