Sandra Keane is a seasoned Water and Wastewater Engineer with extensive experience in asset operations, currently serving at Irish Water on a secondment from Nicholas O'Dwyer since October 2018. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Glan Agua Ltd since May 2016 and Water Treatment Plant Manager at AECOM Design Build since September 2006, where Sandra was engaged in all phases from design to operational and maintenance phases of water treatment projects. Previous experiences also comprise positions at AECOM as a Commissioning Engineer/Lab Analyst and Plant Operator/Lab Analyst. Sandra holds multiple postgraduate diplomas in Renewable Energy and Energy Management, and Environmental Protection, along with a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Marine Science from University of Galway.
