Ana Lúcia Zambelli, born at São Paulo, Brazil, on 25 November 1972. She is currently an independent non-executive member of Galp’s Board of Directors since 3 May 2023.
With extensive experience in the area of energy, she is currently a member of the Boards of Directors of Seadrill, Unidas, Aldo Solar and BRK Ambiental. She was also a member of the Boards of Directors of Petrobras, Braskem, Museu do Amanhã, VIX and Alcoa.
Additionally, she was also the Managing Director at Brookfield Private Equity between 2020 and 2023 and President of the Lide Association between 2018 and 2019. Previously, she was the CCO of Maersk Drilling in Denmark between 2015 and 2017, Managing Director of Transocean, both in South America and in the US between 2012 and 2015, and also worked between 1996 and 2012 at Schlumberger in various jurisdictions, from which he left in the position of President in Brazil.
Ana Lúcia Zambelli holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineer by the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, in Brazil and a Master in Petroleum Engineer by the Heriot-Watt University, in the UK. Additionally, she is post-graduated in Digital Business & Transformation by the Columbia University in the USA.
