Mariana Queiroz

Mariana Queiroz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial transformation and retail project management. At Galp, from March 2019 to April 2025, Mariana held the position of Franchising Commercial Transformation Manager, overseeing the implementation of commercial strategies for franchising stores, with a focus on sales optimization and alignment with company strategy. Additionally, Mariana served as a Category Manager for Convenience Stores and E-commerce channels, managing a range of non-oil product categories from procurement to commercial strategy execution. As a Retail Project Manager, Mariana led digital transformation initiatives, enhancing customer journeys and driving revenue through technology. Prior to Galp, Mariana worked in the Private Label Department at Sonae MC as a Project Manager, and completed a summer internship at A-to-Be in the Industrialization and Logistics Department. Mariana holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Instituto Superior Técnico and a Master's degree in Engineering and Industrial Management from Faculdade Ciências e Tecnologias da Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
