Aldi Hariyanto

Aldi Hariyanto is an experienced professional in human capital management with a strong background in human resources and organizational psychology. Currently serving as the Corporate Human Capital Management Division Head at Galperti, Inc. since June 2022, Aldi has previously held leadership roles in PT Puninar MSE Indonesia, Pancaran Group, and Puninar Logistics, focusing on talent acquisition, recruitment, and development. Aldi's earlier experience includes positions in consulting and sales and marketing. Aldi holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Negri Jakarta and a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI'.
