Eric Schwarte

Eric has 15+ years of experience consulting Fortune 500, private and midcap companies, in areas such strategic planning, performance management, competitive benchmarking, M&A analysis, and capital investment and decision allocations. He is a trusted thought-leader on value-based management techniques. Prior to joining Galt, he was Executive Director at ISS Corporate Solutions, managing the EVA advisory practice, and came over when ISS purchased EVA FIN tech EVA Dimensions. He also spent time in finance, business development, and research and development roles for technology and life sciences firms. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business and degree in mechanical engineering from University of Texas at Austin.
