Kelli Bates

Kelli began her career at the Galt Foundation in 2018 as the Staffing Manager for Oklahoma City Division. In her current role as Interim Staffing Director, Kelli oversees the day-to-day functions of the staff and continues to lead staffing division and outreach efforts. She uses her passion for mentoring and empowering others to support the team's professional success while developing top-level recruiters. Her focus has found new and inventive ways to assist the clients, the community, and candidates in understanding how disability inclusion can positively impact their business's culture. Kelli is a member of the Oklahoma Rehabilitation Council, Oklahoma Business Advisory Committee, Soft Skills Community Presenter, and is a Board member at Oklahoma Assisted Technology Division. She regularly collaborates with other nonprofit organizations that have a shared mission.
