The Operations and Support team at Galt Foundation ensures the effective functioning of our staffing services by managing daily operations, facilitating disability accommodations, maintaining accurate data records, and providing administrative support. They also train and assist contracted employees, aiding in their placement and success within both government and private sector roles, thereby promoting inclusive employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
