Doug Korfe

Doug Korfe is an experienced operations executive with a robust background in the medical device and real estate industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at GALT OEM since October 2023, Doug has held significant roles including Vice President of Operations at Quest Medical, Inc. and Sr. Director of Operations at Straumann. Doug's extensive experience encompasses managing quality, EHS, regulatory, financial, and customer service metrics across various organizations such as Synergy Health PLC and Sterigenics. An accomplished leader, Doug has driven continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency gains at Ethicon and has a solid educational foundation, holding an M.B.A. in Strategic Management from the University of Houston-Victoria and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
