Andy Purwandi

Andy Purwandi has extensive experience in Human Capital Management, beginning as a Consultant at Asian Business Consultant from April 2002 to April 2003, where Andy assessed staff and managerial competencies for development recommendations. From May 2003 to May 2008, Andy served as HRD System & Development at PT Kalbe Farma, focusing on competency alignment and employee performance processes. Andy progressed to PT GALVA as Team Leader Human Capital Management from May 2008 to December 2012, overseeing HR processes across multiple companies and branches. Subsequently, Andy held the position of Assistant Director at Galva Group from January 2013 to June 2017, managing strategic HR activities and leading the General Affairs Department. Currently, Andy is the Director at Galva Galindra Multi Cipta, directing HR strategy for 850 employees and optimizing asset management across locations. Andy holds a Master's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya, along with a Biology degree from SMU Santo Yoseph.
