Shannon Hart

Shannon Hart has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Shannon most recently served as the Director of Principal Operations at Galvanize Climate Solutions LLC since September 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Advisor at Tom Steyer PAC, contributing their expertise starting from March 2020. Shannon also held positions at Tom Steyer 2020 as the Director of Scheduling from July 2019 to March 2020, and as the Director of Scheduling for Tom Steyer at Fahr LLC from January 2019 to July 2019. At Fahr LLC, they also served as the Deputy Director of Scheduling/Executive Assistant to Tom Steyer from May 2017 to December 2018. Shannon's earlier experience includes working at the United States Senate, Senator Barbara Boxer's office, where they served as the California Scheduler from May 2014 to January 2017. Shannon also held the role of Assistant to the Director of Constituent Services from July 2013 to April 2014, and as a Staff Assistant from September 2012 to June 2013, providing administrative support and crisis management services. Prior to their career in politics, Shannon worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Treasure and Bond from August 2011 to March 2012. Shannon also gained retail experience at Nordstrom, where they worked as an Assistant Manager from September 2010 to July 2011, and as a Sales Associate from November 2005 to August 2010.

Shannon Hart obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of San Francisco, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Prior to attending university, Shannon completed their high school education at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory from 2001 to 2005, earning a high school diploma. They went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Government and Politics at St. John's University from 2010 to 2012.
