Stephen Duncan

Stephen Duncan has a strong background in music education and administration. Stephen currently serves as the Director of Fine Arts at Galveston ISD, overseeing a variety of arts programs. Prior to this, Stephen held positions such as Director of Music at La Marque Inter City Elementary and Assistant Professor at Eastern New Mexico University. With a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Sacred Music from The University of Memphis, Stephen has a wealth of experience in teaching music history, theory, and composition. Additionally, Stephen has a background in liturgical music, having served as Director of Liturgical Music for the Diocese of Memphis.
